Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we might be able to modify or cancel it. Email us as soon as possible at info@barleicollective.com with your order number.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to Sweden, the EU, and most international countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us.
What are your shipping costs?
Sweden: Free shipping (2–5 business days)
EU: 119 SEK (4–10 business days)
International: 299 SEK (5–14 business days)
Will I be charged customs fees?
Orders outside the EU may be subject to local customs or import taxes. These are the customer’s responsibility.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
You may return items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. A return shipping fee of 149 SEK will be deducted from your refund.
Can I return posters?
No. Posters are printed to order and are non-returnable.
What size are your posters?
All posters are printed in a standard 40×50 cm format.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at the moment, but our packaging is minimal and gift-ready by design.
Do you offer gift cards?
Not yet — but digital gift cards are coming soon!
