All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment has been received.

Sweden: 2–5 business days — Free shipping

EU: 4–10 business days — Standard shipping: 119 SEK

International: 5–14 business days — Standard shipping: 299 SEK

Customs & Duties
Please note that BARLEI is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply upon delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to check local regulations before placing an order.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Delays & Lost Packages
We strive to ensure timely delivery; however, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at info@barleicollective.com and we will assist you.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in its original condition

Returned in the original packaging

Please note: Posters are non-returnable, as they are printed to order.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@barleicollective.com with your reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and further instructions.

Return shipping cost: A fee of 149 SEK will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping expenses.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus the return shipping fee and any original shipping charges (if applicable).
